Frolicking in Sedona: A Girlfriend Creative Work Adventure Imagine this: two friends frolicking on the breathtaking land, hiking up those stunning red rocks, and letting the beauty of nature inspire our every move.
Each day started with the sun kissing our skin as we trekked up the trails, our laughter echoing off the rocks. The views from the top were nothing short of magical, a perfect backdrop for dreaming big and planning our futures.
In between hikes, we found the perfect balance of co-working and play. Nestled in a cozy nook, we brainstormed financials and life budgets, creative work projects and supporting one another on our individual business ideas, the energy of Sedona fueling our productivity.
But it wasn’t all work and no play. We dreamed together, sharing our individual visions of home, travel,and business each idea more exciting than the last.
Sedona’s serene beauty inspired our goals and passions. The red rocks weren’t just a backdrop; they were a catalyst for clarity and creativity. And, of course, there were plenty of playful moments—like spontaneous dance breaks and giggles over shared stories.
One of the highlights of our adventure was a photo shoot filled with "flirtatious" and sultry vibes for future solo content. We headed to a stunning mansion in Phoenix, where we indulged in pool play and garden lounging, capturing moments that were as daring as they were beautiful. The mansion's luxurious setting added an extra layer of excitement, making the shoot an unforgettable experience.
The true test of our adventurous spirit came with a five-mile hike in the 98-degree dry desert heat. The way out was spectacular—vistas and endless views of blue sky and unreal landscapes. Feeling bold, we chose a new trail with the word “fool” in its name for our return journey. We quickly realized why it was named so as the trail seemed to stretch endlessly through a blistering hot canyon. Despite the heat and the never-ending path, we persevered, and our celebration of this victory felt just right.
To reward ourselves, we indulged in a delicious organic meal fit for two queens. We savored organic peanut butter cups, acai bowls overflowing with fruit, nut butters, and what looked like everything but the kitchen sink. Scrumptious, life-giving salad bowls and my favorite keto blue smoothie completed our feast.
This trip was a blend of adventure, connection, and inspiration, a reminder that life is best enjoyed with a mix of focused work and joyful play. As I sit here, reflecting on our incredible week, I can’t help but feel grateful for the kinship, an inspiring co-working human, the red rocks, and the endless possibilities ahead.
